I have just bought a Ford Transit Custom (pre-registered) with Vanango and it was a first rate experience. I was really impressed with the customer service. I had also contacted the main Ford dealer for my location about another van and Vanango just seemed to be far superior in terms of wanting to help you get what you want. I first enquired with Vanango late on a Friday early evening. As the hour was beyond working hours I didn't really expect a response and I got one the following Saturday morning. The van I wanted had unfortunately just gone and Vanango made an effort to find the van that I wanted. The Vanango personnel were a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale process....remaining in regular contact with updates and calling back quickly if I left a message. The Vanango staff seem to work really hard and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to somebody else

I called Vanango on the Friday and my new Van was delivered on the Wednesday as promised. The team were friendly and efficient, i couldn't have asked for more.
